ABOUT KIDS LIFE
Our children’s departments are equipped to provide a safe, fun, and loving
environment for your children to grow in their faith.
Our services are designed with each individual child in mind. Each child is taught
in an age-appropriate environment. From Nursery to fifth grade, our desire is to
see each child grow in their faith at the stage of development that they are in.
Kids Life services begin and end at the same time as the main worship services.
All of our staff must qualify to work in the Kids Life ministry. Each volunteer must
complete a thorough application, interview and orientation process, and
background check.
Sunday services: 9:00am and 11:00am
Wednesday services: 6:30pm

FOR PARENTS
In our elementary department (6yrs – 5th grade), we provide a resource called
“Partnering with Parents”. Click here to view or download "Partnering With Parents"
in PDF format. This resource will inform you on what your child is being taught.
Monthly information is available focusing on the quarterly teaching, scripture
devotionals, and family discussion time questions pertaining to the lesson of the
day. We hope this resource will be a helpful tool in continuing the spiritual growth
of your children, as your family grows stronger together in the faith.
We have programs throughout the year to provide a fun and faith building
experience for your children.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN KIDSLIFE MINISTRY
Nursery
Newborn - 23 months
Our team is honored to have the opportunity to create a positive church experience for our babies from newborn through 23 months. Our curriculum is full of visuals, songs, and videos that teach your baby the love of God.
The parent/guardian will recieve a pager and security badge at check-in. These must be present at pick-up.
Preschool
2 - 5 years
Our preschool is divided into 4 groups: 2yrs. old, 3 yrs. old, 4yrs. old, and 5 yrs. old.
Our exciting classrooms will have your children wanting more. Each class contains praise songs, puppet skits, and hands-on lessons that teach them God's Word.
The parent/guardian of 2 and 3 yr. olds will recieve a security badge and pager. 4 and 5 yr. olds will recieve a security badge only. These must be present at pick-up.
Elementary
6 years - 5th grade
In our elementary services, the Word of God comes alive with electrifying praise and worship, videos, intense games, and interactive object lessons.
The parent/guardian will recieve a security badge at check-in. This must be present at pick-up.
GET INVOLVED
The following guidelines will be required of any person interested in serving in our
Children's Ministry Department at Family Life Church:
- All volunteers must be born-again Christians whose desire is to lead a life pleasing to God.
- They must be a member, having attended Family Life consistently for at least six months.
- To maintain the safety of the children and the integrity of the department, every potential volunteer must fill out an application for, undergo a background check, and go through an orientation process, and be interviewed by the Children's Ministry Director.
- All department workers must be approved by the Children's Ministry Director.
All information submitted will be kept confidential.
